To meet the requirements of our clients we give the properties in need of a refurbishment a fresh new make makeover, at our OWN cost.
While the refurb is at no cost to the Landlord, it adds value to the property, which benefits the owner at the end of the agreement.
We make these improvements AND maintain the same standards throughout the entire term. This gives our Landlords the assurance their property will be returned in the same condition, or better.
WHAT ABOUT VOIDS?
No worries at all. Our business model totally removes the problem of unwanted voids for our Landlords. They never have voids. We guarantee the rent, 12 months a year, for every year.
